We ship to a real enterprise that runs our agents through UAT toward production — not benchmarks, not papers nobody implements. The code you write lands in front of a real customer's security review. Olbrain Labs publishes research; Olbrain Studio runs live. Most of the team is on the platform side.

India, on purpose

We're in Gurgaon and we're staying. India's enterprise market is large enough, regulated enough, and underserved enough that a frontier agentic-AI company can be built here without ever moving. We don't take "build from India, headquarter offshore" for granted — we take "build from India, win from India" as the thesis.

Active openings as of June 2026. All roles are in-office at our Gurugram HQ — we don't currently hire fully remote. We grow the team through assessment internships, not lateral hires: paid training, real work from day one, and a PPO to full-time for the exceptional performers. On engineering, that runs as batches of ten, twice a year (1 January and 1 July); on the business side, we hire client-solutions interns on the same 6-month, PPO model. The current window is below.

Client Solutions Internship · Agentic AI New · Business track

6-month assessment internship for an MBA (or a sharp, sales-minded) candidate who loves talking to people. You’ll sit with enterprise clients to understand their problem statements, translate them into what an agent must actually do, and coordinate with our tech team to get that agent built — the human front-end to the discovery work. ₹25,000/month. 02 / INTERVIEW

First round with Cognia — our hiring agent

Cognia is Olbrain's in-house AI interviewer, built on Olbrain Studio. Every applicant gets this round — and it's the one that decides. She has read your résumé closely, knows what mastery of each thing on it looks like, and asks exactly there: depth, attitude, fit with MAD. We rely heavily on her judgment. Usually 15–30 minutes; no prep beyond knowing your own work cold.
03 / DECISION

Human review & outcome

A human reads the transcript and makes the call. We aim to come back inside five business days — the outcome lands in your inbox from careers@olbrain.com either way. Subsequent rounds, if any, are scheduled directly with you.
