This is how you join the business side of Olbrain. We grow the team through assessment internships, not lateral hires — paid, real work from day one, and a PPO to full-time for the people who prove themselves. There is no other door.
Think of it as a 6-month apprenticeship in enterprise agentic AI — except instead of a classroom, you're in the room with real clients, on the real platform (Olbrain Studio and Noesis) as it agentifies actual businesses. You are the human front-end of the build: the person who understands what a client actually needs and makes sure the agent that gets built solves it.
This is an assessment internship. Its purpose is to evaluate you for a permanent client-solutions role at Olbrain. We are not hiring interns for the sake of interns — we're hiring future full-timers, and the 6 months is how we find out who to keep. If you don't intend to join full-time at the end, please don't apply.
Still a student? The bar is intent, not timing. If you can't formally join at the 6-month mark, the internship can extend until you can. What doesn't flex is the destination: Olbrain, full-time.
Enterprises don't arrive with a spec. They arrive with a problem — "our collections team drowns in follow-ups," "closing the quarter takes finance seven days." Your job is to sit with them, understand that problem cold, and turn it into something the platform can build: what the agent must do, what it must never do, which systems it touches, what "done" looks like.
Then you carry it inward. You brief the tech team, translate between the client's language and the platform's, and stay on the deployment until the agent is live and the client is happy. You're the bridge between the enterprise and Alchemist — the AI that does the building. Where Cortex, our discovery agent, maps a workflow, you are the human who wins the client's trust, asks the sharper question, and owns the relationship.
Olbrain's culture is defined by what we call MAD — Mastery, Ambition, Dominance. The full ethos is here: We Are MAD. It tells you what you'd be signing up for — worth ten minutes before you hit send.
Email your resume to careers@olbrain.com. From there, our HR agent Cognia — built on Olbrain Studio — takes over. Every applicant gets a first-round interview with her: no résumé black hole, no human deciding you're not worth a conversation. She has read your résumé closely and asks exactly where it matters — how you think, how you communicate, and fit with MAD.
That's the design. Agents handle scale. Founders handle judgment.
