Our hiring loop is built and run on infra we own — same agentic stack we sell to enterprises. You'll know where you stand at each stage.
One email, resume attached — it goes straight to Cognia, our HR agent. Mention the role you're targeting (right now: the Batch 2 internship) — we run a single application slot per candidate for now.
Cognia is Olbrain's in-house AI interviewer, built on Olbrain Studio. Every applicant gets this round — and it's the one that decides. She has read your résumé closely, knows what mastery of each thing on it looks like, and asks exactly there: depth, attitude, fit with MAD. We rely heavily on her judgment. Usually 15–30 minutes; no prep beyond knowing your own work cold.
A human reads the transcript and makes the call. We aim to come back inside five business days — the outcome lands in your inbox from careers@olbrain.com either way. Subsequent rounds, if any, are scheduled directly with you.
